MLM Prospecting Tips – Talk to People Daily

  1. How much do you want to make? – If you want to make a few hundred dollars a month to supplement your income, the amount of people you need to talk to will vary greatly from someone who wants to make a full time income.
  2. How much money are you currently making? – It's going to hurt a million dollar earner less than you, if he or she takes a few days, weeks or even months off from talking to people. If you do this when you're not making much money, it could literally crush your business.
  3. What is your level of need? – How badly do you need the money, how badly do you need it to work out? If your car is going to be repossessed or you won't be able to make your rent payments soon, your level of need is much higher, and yes, you will have to talk to more people than someone who is making a decent income already.

How to find new people to talk to…

In order to get new people to talk to daily, you need a lead generation strategy in place. There are so many ways to generate leads online, but I'll leave you with a couple of my favourite MLM prospecting tips. The two biggest things that have changed my business are video marketing and Facebook.

Network Marketing Prospecting Techniques

If you want to increase your results, let's say you're making $0-500 a month, I'd suggest you commit to talking to a minimum of 3-5 people per day. Now this doesn't have to be directly about your business. At first, just create the relationship and develop it, just aim to make a friend. Over time, if you identify a need or a want from that person, see if they would be open to checking out your opportunity.

I recommend to start with 3-5 a day because that is manageable to begin with, you want to be getting more to the 5-10 a day range, and if you really want to make a go of it, aim to connect with 10-20 people per day. Real hustlers will want to make it closer to that 20 mark. This also depends on the time you have available of course. If you're not yet full time in your business, don't worry about hitting that 20 mark, let me tell you, you can become highly successful just in that 3-5 range if you connect with the right people.

Now, what do I do? That's what you probably want to know, right?

I connect with 10 new people per day, and I make sure to connect with 20 existing people in my network, to keep up with what they have going on and see how they are.
