I just got off the phone with 5 different teammates today, so I thought this would be the perfect time to teach you how you can leverage your time when dealing with a big MLM team. This industry is all about leverage, so you don't want to spend all your time on the phone. When you only have a handful of people on your team, this isn't too much of a problem, but since you're reading this I'm guessing you're a committed entrepreneur who wants to grow a big team. So what happens when your team gets big?
How to Leverage Your Time With a Big MLM Team…
Let's say you have 20, 30, 50 or even 100 people on your team. How do you leverage your time while supporting all these people, while still letting them all get access to you?
You need to leverage your time. This is why I create a lot of videos. If you've seen my videos, you'll know I provide tips and advice to serve the MLM industry, but I also create videos with specific instructions to serve my team. Depending on what MLM team building tips people are looking for help with, I can point them to the correct resource. If there's a question that I get repeatedly, it only makes sense for me to make a video on it, and you should do the same to leverage your time.
Not only does MLM team building in this way leverage your time and allow more people to see it, even while you're sleeping, it also positions you as an authority, which is what you want to become in this industry in order to attract people to you. If you look for how to build a successful MLM team, you'll find a common trend, all the top MLM leaders are doing things this way now. When there's a trend, you can either pay attention to it and capitalise on it, or you can ignore it… 😉
MLM Team Building Tips
So I help people on my team, but they have to go through the steps I outline in my videos. The reason I prefer to point them to my videos is that it encourages duplication. Your new reps will know that when they get the same questions, they don't need to know all the answers, and they also don't need to take up all their time as well, they can point people to the appropriate resource. You still want to speak to your teammates on the phone, it's very powerful, you just don't want to spend all your time doing this. How do you decide how to allocate your time among your team?
You should reward your best producers. I don't just mean the people who produce the results, also the people who put in the effort. If somebody is working for their business, I'm gonna work for their business. If they're not working for their business, I need them to show me a level of commitment. I'll talk to them and help them out, I'll hold their hand and help them, but you shouldn't drag them across the finish line. You can't want success for them more than they want it for themselves. They need to be proactive in their business, and they need to show you that they're doing the daily tasks that are required of them.
I help everybody in my MLM team, and the people who do the most, get the most time from me. I help them, because it helps my business at the same time.
